Terms of Service & Data Use

Last updated: 22 July 2026

Agreement

By creating a Kiin account or connecting the Kiin MCP to your AI assistant, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, please do not connect or use Kiin.

What Kiin Intelligence does

Kiin Intelligence ("Kiin", "we") is a LinkedIn Ads analytics and intelligence platform delivered through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). We connect to your LinkedIn Ads account via the official LinkedIn Marketing API to read your campaign data, analyse it, and provide recommendations inside your AI assistant.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Kiin Free covers one LinkedIn Ads account selected by you and provides access to core account data through the MCP. Kiin Analyst is a recurring monthly subscription purchased separately for each LinkedIn Ads account. There is no separate charge for additional authorized users of the same paid account.

The first 50 paid connected accounts may receive the founding price of US$65 per account per month (from US$99) for 12 months from 29 July 2026. Multiple accounts may be purchased in one checkout. The standard single-account price is US$99 per month. Checkouts completed before paid access begins collect a payment method but schedule the first payment for 29 July 2026. Applicable taxes may be added by Stripe.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. The billing owner can update payment details, view invoices, or cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the portal states otherwise. Statutory refund and cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Monitoring, briefings, and other beta capabilities are introduced progressively. Founding access includes those capabilities as they become available, but does not guarantee a particular release date or uninterrupted beta availability.

Data access

By connecting your LinkedIn accounts, you grant Kiin read access to your campaign data including campaign performance metrics, creative data, demographic data, and company engagement data. We never make changes to your ad accounts without your explicit approval.

If you connect your CRM (e.g. HubSpot), we access deal, company, and contact data in read-only mode to provide pipeline attribution analysis.

How we use your data

Your individual campaign data is used to provide you with analysis, reports, and recommendations through the Kiin platform and your connected assistant.

Improving our models

By using Kiin, you grant us the right to use data from your connected accounts to train, develop, and improve our analytical models, benchmarks, and AI-powered features. Before being used for this purpose, your data is aggregated and de-identified so it cannot be traced back to you, your company, or your specific campaigns.

We never use your data to train third-party AI models, and your raw campaign data, company names, spend figures, and creative content are never shared with other Kiin users or made public. If you would like your data excluded from model improvement, email phil@kiin.co and we will opt you out.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS in the EU). Access is controlled via row-level security policies, and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.

Disconnecting and deletion

You can disconnect your LinkedIn accounts at any time. Upon disconnection we stop syncing new data. You can request deletion of all your stored data by emailing phil@kiin.co.

No guarantees

Kiin is provided "as is". While we strive for accurate analysis, we make no guarantees about the accuracy of recommendations. Always verify important decisions in LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the product before they take effect. Continued use of Kiin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK or EU law, including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR — see our Privacy Policy for how to exercise your data rights.
